Susan Layne

Susan Layne is a Group Fitness Instructor who specializes in Pilates. Her studies include a professional Intensive Course in body conditioning exercises and techniques based on The Method and the Matwork of Joseph Pilates. Although she has been in the fitness industry over 20 years, Susan was awarded her certification at The Physical Mind Institute in 2000. She also holds certifications in Barre from Exhale and Booty Barre, Piloxing, Plyoga and Anti-Gravity Yoga.

Susan has completed courses in Anatomy & Physiology and Myology at the Dahn Healing Institute, where she received her certification as a massage therapist in March 2005. In addition to her studies, she is well trained in Dahn Yoga.
